When do I get paid?
Commissions are held during a refund window (30 days for Stripe, 90 days for Apple IAP). Once confirmed, you can request a SEPA bank transfer from your dashboard.
Can I refer restaurants already on Deskbay?
No. Only new restaurants that register after you add their email are eligible. The system automatically checks this when you add a referral.
Is there a minimum payout amount?
Yes, the minimum payout is €30. Payments are made via SEPA bank transfer to the IBAN you provide in your account settings.
How does the Pro tier work?
After 5 successful conversions, your account is automatically upgraded to Pro. Pro affiliates earn commissions on the first 3 monthly payments (activation + 2 renewals) per restaurant.
