When you use this website, we may collect:

• Contact form data: name, surname, email address, and the content of your message.
• Navigation data: anonymised IP address, browser type, pages visited, session duration — collected only with your consent via Google Analytics 4.
• Cookies: see the Cookie Policy section below.

We do not collect payment data, sensitive personal data, or data from minors.

• Responding to support requests (contact form) — legal basis: your explicit request / legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b)(f) GDPR).
• Website analytics — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent is collected via the cookie banner and can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Data Processors

• Supabase Inc. — processes and stores contact form submissions via secure Edge Functions. Data is transmitted via HTTPS and stored in EU-region infrastructure. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
• Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (GA4), used for anonymised website traffic analysis. Data may be transferred to the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses. See Google Privacy Policy.
• Vercel Inc. — website hosting. Servers located in the EU (Frankfurt) and USA. See Vercel Privacy Policy.

5. Retention

• Contact form data: retained for up to 12 months from receipt, unless a longer period is required for support follow-up.
• Analytics data: retained according to Google Analytics default settings (14 months).

6. Your Rights (GDPR Art. 15–22)

You have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and obtain portability of your personal data. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest.
