What's New

• Smarter Booking Wizard: The booking calendar now automatically recognises the venue's closed days and jumps straight to the first day with available time slots, so customers no longer need to scroll manually through closed dates.
• Automatic Phone Number Clean-up: When a customer pastes their phone number, for example copied from their contacts or a message with an international prefix such as +34, the system automatically strips extra spaces and formatting, reducing typing errors.
• Email Check: Added a check that verifies the email address entered during booking is correctly formatted, reducing the risk of missed confirmations due to typos.
• Shorter Booking Link: The confirmation and cancellation link sent to customers is now much shorter and easier to share than before.
• Online vs Manual Bookings: The restaurant's booking list now shows at a glance whether a booking was made online by the customer or entered manually by staff.
• Improved WhatsApp Notifications: Refined the WhatsApp messages sent to customers about their booking, with clearer and more complete content.

What's New

• Redesigned Menu Editor: We've redesigned the menu editor to make it more flexible. You can now move a dish to another category straight from its card, choosing the destination category from a handy drop-down menu, without having to recreate it from scratch.
• Smarter Translations: The "Translate" button no longer re-translates everything from scratch: it only updates the missing content, saving you time and leaving the translations you've already reviewed untouched. It now also translates dish variants, and the English it generates is British, more natural and more accurate than before.
• Menu Settings: A new dedicated panel gives you full control over your menu. You can enable or disable the multilingual version, choose the source language (the one you imported your menu in), show or hide price decimals and turn on a warning for dishes left without a price. If needed, you can also wipe the menu entirely and rebuild it from scratch.
• Menu Preview: With a single click you can see your menu exactly as your customers will, even before saving it. That way you can check the result and fix any last details before publishing.
• Custom Link: We've added a new "Custom Link" button to your public profile, ideal for pointing customers to external platforms such as social media, delivery services or other booking sites.
• Improved QR Code: We've refined QR Code generation: the download is now higher quality, the code is easier for cameras to read and the linked URL is shorter.
• Past Bookings Filter: In the Bookings section you can now hide the ones that are already over, keeping your list clean and focused only on the bookings that really matter.

• Booking Hours Warning: When business hours are updated, the system automatically checks slot consistency — alerting if there are open days with no slots configured or closed days with active slots.

• German Language Support: The app is now available in German as the fifth official language. Booking notifications (email and WhatsApp) are also sent in German.
• Dish Variant Translations: Dish variants (e.g. Small / Medium / Large) are now automatically translated alongside the dish into all 5 languages.
• Menu Completion Dashboard: New dashboard card showing completion percentage and indicators for missing fields: photos, prices, descriptions, translations, allergens, and tags.
• Manual Booking Slots: Slot configuration is now exclusively manual, giving the restaurant full day-by-day control.
• Cancellation with Reason: When rejecting a booking, the restaurant can now include a reason that is sent to the customer via email and WhatsApp in all 5 languages.
